If a contribution is not received into the member bank account by 5 April 2026, it will be treated as a 2026/27 contribution.

Warning: Suspected Store First Scam

We are aware of recent correspondence that some members have received in relation to Store First Newco Limited and the purported appointment of a liquidator.

Following a review by our internal teams, and based on information from official sources, we believe this correspondence is most likely a scam. We are currently investigating the matter and have notified the Official Receiver.

At this stage, we ask that you:

  • Do not respond to any unexpected emails, letters or calls claiming to relate to Store First Newco Limited or offering refunds, recoveries, or dividends.
  • Do not make any payments or provide bank details or personal information to anyone claiming to represent a liquidator or insolvency practitioner in relation to this matter.
  • Forward any suspicious correspondence you receive about Store First Newco Limited to:PIU.OR@insolvency.gov.uk
    (This is the official address used by the Insolvency Service to investigate fraudulent communications.)

We will keep you updated as further information becomes available. If you are concerned you may have been contacted by a scammer or have already shared information, please report this via the UK’s official fraud reporting service at reportfraud.police.uk.
